Do You Ship To My Country?
Absolutely! We offer free standard or paid express shipping of our canvas art, no matter where you are. This includes all US states and every country in the world.
When Will I Get My Order?
Subject to your location, shipping times can vary greatly. Generally, Standard Shipping takes 5-10 business days. However, Express Shipping guarantees a dispatch time of between 2-6 business days. We have a complete Shipping and Returns Policy that outlines our rules and what our customers can expect from us.
I Want to Alter or Cancel My Canvas Art Order. How Can I Do That?
You can change or cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it without hassle. However, because we work so fast to get you your order, after 3 hours, you'll have to return the undamaged artwork to us before you can receive a full refund.
If it's been a shorter period than 3 hours since you placed your order, send an email with the subject "Cancel Order" or "Change Order" to email@example.com. Make sure to include the details of your full name and order number as you see it on your confirmation email so we can ensure we have the correct order before proceeding.
What’s Sketchbay’s Return Policy?
Our return policy is in line with your needs. We stick to a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. The receival of returns must be within 14 days from the original delivery date; if they aren't returned in the 14 days since it was delivered to you, no refund can be issued.
By emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, you can initiate a return and get a complete list of return instructions. This way, you know exactly what to do before shipping a return to us. Once we receive the piece, we’ll refund your money to the original form of payment. Please be aware that restocking fees will apply.

My Piece Is Here, But It has Damage or is Otherwise Faulty. So How Can I Return It?
If your piece is damaged or faulty in any way, we're committed to making it right. So let us know immediately or within 30 days of receiving your order. To begin:
- Take pictures of the damage or fault. If the box has damage as well, take photos of that too. We just want to see what's wrong with it.
- Email those pictures to email@example.com. Include a summary of the issue and your full name and order number, as you see them in the confirmation email you were sent after ordering.
- Wait for an email. We’ll get back to you within 1 business day.
You'll have a new piece sent to you free of charge as soon as the request is approved. However, if you'd rather receive a refund, you can request one with a 10% processing fee.
